SHIPPING
Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days.
We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates and ship your items on time. That said, the estimated delivery dates provided are estimates and never guaranteed. You will received shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with a tracking # to track your order.
Time to deliver may range from 1 to 10 business days depending on carrier, and final delivery destination.
Gia & Co. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Should an item arrived damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged item along with the box the item arrived in. You will need to file a claim with the USPS HERE
Please keep the damaged item and box in case the post office required you to bring it in for further review. (And yes, they will most likely ask for this)
We can not guarantee delivery dates. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package
Gia & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the delivery carrier.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned as undeliverable, we are not responsible for reshipping at our expense. Customers may either pay for additional shipping to have the order resent or request a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account and looking under your orders.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, you have 7days from the date you receive your items to return the item back to us in the event you are not happy. Please send an email to support@giapendergast.com along with your order # and reason for return. You must wait for approval prior to returning any item.
REFUND IN THE FORM OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Due to the quick turnaround on our inventory we cannot offer replacements or exchanges on any order.
Please allow up to 1 business day for us to reply to your email before sending a follow up to prevent further delays.
Items MUST still have tag attached, may not have been washed or worn and are free of any pet hair or smoke. If you believe your order still qualifies for a return , please follow the steps below:
- Used candles or wax melts are NOT returnable.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- Any shipping paid on an order is NOT refundable.
- If items are returned that are not eligible as noted above, they will be automatically donated and you will NOT receive store credit or refund.
We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, minus any shipping paid.
We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment.
If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is a mistake on our part.
