Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, you have 7 days from the date you receive your items to return the item back to us in the event you are not happy. Please send an email to thependergasthome@gmail.com along with your order # and reason for return. You must wait for approval prior to returning any item. We offer refund or store credit only.
Due to the quick turnaround on our inventory we cannot offer replacements or exchanges on any order.
Please allow up to 1 business day for us to reply to your email before sending a follow up to prevent further delays.

  • Items MUST still have tag attached, may not have been washed or worn and are free of any pet hair or smoke. If you believe your order still qualifies for a return , please follow the steps below. 
  • Used candles or wax melts are NOT returnable.
  • Seasonal items , Seasonal boxes or Final sale items are NOT returnable. 
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  • 10% restocking fee may be applied on all items returned.
  • If items are returned that are not eligible as noted above, they will be automatically donated and you will NOT receive store credit or refund. 

We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, minus any shipping costs incurred on our end. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. **Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is a mistake on our part.


If damage is done during shipment or you feel an item is deemed defective,  all original packaging must be kept until you are notified otherwise.We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Should an item arrived damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged item along with the box the item arrived in. You will need to file a claim with the USPS HERE
Please keep the damaged item and box in case the post office required you to bring it in for further review. (And yes, they will most likely ask for this)
